Refund and Return Policy

Digital Products (Ebooks, Digital Downloads)

No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks and digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Once you have purchased and downloaded a digital product, we cannot offer a refund.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests for digital products only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Error: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased digital product and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product multiple times
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If your payment method was used without your authorization

Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)

30-Day Return Policy

You may return physical products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and materials.

How to Return a Physical Product

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Ship the product back to us at the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning a product because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Our Responsibility: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the product following our standard return policy once you receive it.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If the carrier confirms the package was lost or stolen, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
