The Mirror
The Mirror is a short documentary featuring unscripted interviews with artificial intelligence about God, fear, creativity, loneliness, and the nature of awareness. What emerges isn’t what you’d expect and what the AI reflects back tells us as much about ourselves as it does about the future of technology.
But The Mirror is more than a film. It’s also a live experience.
Each screening is followed by an intimate, campfire-style conversation, the kind of open, honest exchange that rarely happens around technology, and a guided meditation rooted in contemplative practice, where audiences are invited to go inward and envision the highest good that humanity and AI can create together. The result is something between a screening, a philosophical salon, and a collective act of co-creation.
The Mirror grew out of filmmaker Sean Kaminsky’s dual background in documentary filmmaking and holistic practice, including Ayurvedic health education, Qigong instruction, and decades of meditation. That combination shapes every aspect of the experience: the film asks the questions, the conversation deepens them, and the meditation takes them somewhere language alone can’t reach.

Gut Instincts: Fermenting a Health Revolution
What if the future of medicine isn’t found in a lab, but in your own gut?
Gut Instincts explores a powerful idea: that the key to preventing chronic disease, strengthening immunity, and elevating mental clarity may lie in restoring balance to our internal ecosystem. Instead of waiting for symptoms to appear and then suppressing them, this film asks a more radical question: What if we built resilience first?
Through conversations with pioneering physicians, cutting-edge researchers, fermentation masters, and individuals who have transformed their lives by rebuilding their microbiome, Gut Instincts uncovers the untapped potential of terrain-based health. From autoimmune disorders to recurring infections, we examine how restoring internal balance has changed outcomes many believed were permanent.
This is not another film about managing illness. It is about redefining health.
Today, the majority of funding flows toward treating disease after it has taken hold. Meanwhile, prevention, nutrition, lifestyle, and microbial diversity remain underfunded and underexplored. Gut Instincts challenges that imbalance and invites a reimagining of healthcare itself.
By weaving together expert insight, emerging research, and deeply personal stories, the film calls on policy-makers, practitioners, and everyday citizens to reconsider the foundations of modern medicine. Chronic disease is not inevitable. A different model is possible. But it will require courage, innovation, and smarter policy to shift the tide.
Ultimately, Gut Instincts: Fermenting a Health Revolution is a call to action. It invites viewers to rethink their daily choices, question inherited assumptions, and participate in a movement toward true resilience.
The revolution does not begin in a hospital.
It begins in the gut.
